This Privacy Policy describes how Frost Financial LLC ("Frost Financial," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent life insurance agency based in Phoenix, Arizona, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit frostfinancial.net (the "Site") or contact us.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to serve the Site and protect it from abuse. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or third-party analytics services on this Site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests and questions;
- To provide information about life insurance options you have asked about;
- To communicate with you by phone call, text message, or email, consistent with the preferences and consent you provide;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;

Communications and SMS/text messaging
Our contact form asks for a phone number so we can respond to your inquiry by your preferred contact method. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is collected only through a separate, optional checkbox on the form that is unchecked by default and sits directly beneath the phone-number field. You can submit the form, request information, and receive a response without checking it — SMS consent is never a condition of submitting the form, of any purchase, or of using our services.
If you do check the box, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from Frost Financial LLC regarding your inquiry, insurance options, appointments, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
